For the first time in the UK, the East Anglian Institute of NLP and Hypnosis are proud to announce that from 2009, we will be providing the above training to enable you to market and deliver the following NCFE accredited training programmes to level 3 for NLP Practitioner and Life and Business Coaching Certificate :

This will mean that you will be trained to provide a real UK vocational qualification in these courses that is fully recognised and accredited.

We train you how to train these to the current standards and learning outcomes of the NCFE and you bring your own unique personality, background and style to developing a successful training business.

Alternatively, if you are already a corporate trainer, then why not learn to run these courses in-house and utilise your current in –house facilities and save on the high course fees of these courses not to mention the expenses of hotels and travel.

Course Overview

This course is designed for people who want to train NLP Practitioner and Life and Business Coaching Courses within their companies or externally as a training business. You may already be a NLP Training offering certification via another body and want to upgrade your accreditation and market it accordingly.

To do this course you must be a Master NLP Practitioner, this course is not about teaching you NLP, although you will be expected to demonstrate a high competency level in this field throughout the training.

In effect, you will be a satellite provider of the qualification provided by Tranceformational Training Ltd which is the only recognised provider of this NCFE qualification. Therefore, we must set and monitor the standard of training provided to ensure a quality and consistency. Although you will be training NLP in accordance with the agreed learning outcomes, you can deliver these in your own style, with your own passion and humour, and create successful exercises for your learners that are fun and informative. Tranceformational Training Ltd will be responsible for external verification therefore all work will be submitted to us for quality verification prior to the NCFE final approval. There will also be a training venue visit to confirm all standards and procedures are in place to deliver the training to the standards set. There will be an administration fee payable per student certification for this process. The trainer training is therefore priced competitively to reflect this. Unlike a lot of trainer training programmes, we can guarantee you will be able to market NCFE accredited NLP Practitioner and Life and Business Coaching certification on successful completion of this training.

Trainer Training (5 days)

Day 1 and 2     You go through a fast track version of the NCFE approved training, so you achieve the qualification yourself and experience the format and what is expected.

Day 3, 4 and 5   Presentation Skills training. Top skills trained to develop your style utilising states, metaphors and nested loops. There will be lots of opportunity to present and gain feedback. Presentations will be recorded as part of the training, so you can see the progress and be able to objectively view to gain personal feedback.

Following this week, you will complete the written NCFE accredited coursework and prepare for the assessment weekend.
 

Trainer Training Assessment Weekend

This weekend is designed to take your skill base to the next level, having completed the written coursework, honed your presentation skills and prepared training sessions for certain aspects of the syllabus. You will be assessed on the training sessions you are asked to do, to ensure that they meet the standards in order to become a Trainer for the NCFE accredited NLP Practitioner course. This weekend will also address the best ways and options there are for delivery and marketing of the course.
 

Life and Business Coaching Certificate (optional)

These weekends must be completed if you want to deliver the above certificate in addition to the NLP Practitioner. This is the fully NCFE accredited course for the programme. Those that have completed Trainer Training will get an additional support pack to help you to deliver this course.
